In 2013, Jessica relocated from San Francisco to Rhode Island and joined Gustave White. Prior to joining Sotheby's, Jessica spent more than seven successful years in corporate sales in the Bay Area. She owned and operated a California-based small business for 7 years, which she eventually sold at an industry record breaking price. Jessica brings those entrepreneurial skills and business acumen to her Real Estate career. Although new to RI, Jessica quickly established herself in the Newport County real estate market and built a loyal clientele. Her professionalism, responsiveness, knowledge of the market, strong negotiation skills as well as her attentiveness to her clients' needs make her an ideal agent for finding or selling a home in Rhode Island. Jessica strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is enjoyable, easy and stress-free. She makes herself available any time of day when her clients have questions or concerns. Because of this attention to clients’ needs, her business is driven by referrals.
By 2019, Jessica rose to one of the top five agents in her office and one of the top 30 agents in Newport County. She has earned the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice. Due in part to having been born and raised in the great state of Maine, Jessica has developed an effective style that reflects a combination of California cool and Northeastern tenacity. She likes to succeed (for her clients), but does so with a calm demeanor and a smile. She is down to earth, personable, honest and reliable. Jessica's interests include sustainable living, architecture, health and fitness as well as international travel. When Jessica is not in the office, she enjoys a very active life that takes advantage of all that Rhode Island living has to offer including biking with her dog, Griffin
