Summer in Narragansett!! This charming, fully furnished, ranch home set on Harbor Island is the perfect place to spend a summer vacation. The fully outfitted kitchen includes stove/oven, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster & Keurig. There is also a Weber hybrid charcoal/gas grille for outdoor grilling and entertaining and, on cool summer nights, a propane fueled fireplace will take the chill out of the evening. With central air, a Nest thermostat and Yale lock system, security lighting, washer & dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer, all comfort needs are here. Other amenities include a one-car garage, custom outdoor shower, lawn irrigation system, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. Arrival at the start of term is 4pm and departure at the end of term is 10am. The house is available at the monthly rate for July and August. It is also available in September as a full winter season rental.
