Shana Speer

Born and raised in Eugene, Oregon, Shana graduated from the University of Oregon. With an 11- year career at Fidelity Investments, Shana's business experience coupled with her many years in real estate, have enabled Shana to offer a vast level of expertise to her clients, including the unique aptitude to offer counsel with their total investment portfolio. Having sold over $65 million in Rhode Island real estate, Shana's passion is ensuring that her clients have a smooth and pleasant experience, by understanding their goals, desires and timeframes. She strives to make each pursuit enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.

Shana has been a Newport resident since 2001 and joined the Sotheby's brand in 2020. She is an avid volleyball player and is passionate about the arts, golf, gardening, and giving back to her community. Shana shares her home with her dog, Quincy. You may have seen her recently on an episode of HGTV's Island Life, where she was featured helping clients find a property on Rhode Island's beautiful Block Island.
