Tina Wiley

Following a fifteen-plus year career on Wall Street in Institutional Equity Sales, Tina joined Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty in early 2009. The following year she became manager of the rental department, helping to develop the company’s rental site, and has become an expert in the luxury rental market brokering over fifty leases annually. In 2022, Tina took on the role of sales manager for the Newport office. In the last five years, Tina has achieved over $75 million in Newport County sales. Tina’s clients find her to be a skilled negotiator and communicator, organized, passionate about real estate, and tirelessly dedicated to her clients’ needs. She is an active participant with the Newport County Board of Realtors.
Tina and her husband have lived on Aquidneck Island for 26 years and currently live in Portsmouth with their yellow lab Sunny. Tina is an avid golfer and paddle player. Her hobbies include decorating, home design and organization and she loves to share her knowledge with her clients.
