Chan Lyell

With more than thirty years of real estate experience, Chan is a leading expert in property values throughout the southern New England area and offers insight into current market trends that few others can match. Outside of real estate, Chan has varying interests, including history, art, physics, and travel—both regionally and internationally—all sports from basketball to golf to sailing to back-country hiking, as well as a passion for land conservation through his involvement with the Aquidneck Land Trust. When asked about his favorite place on Aquidneck Island, Chan immediately answered, “In front of the Paradise Farmhouse at the Norman Bird Sanctuary overlooking Hanging Rock and Sachuest Point Wildlife Refuge with the Atlantic Ocean beyond. What a special place we live in!”
Chan is married to Marilyn Lyell, and they have two grown sons and their respective wives.
