Chan has over twenty years full-time experience as a broker and a general real property appraiser. He has a thorough knowledge of the Newport County area, and has valued many high-end properties from Aquidneck Island to Jamestown and Little Compton.. His aim is to understand the needs of his clients and be a strong advocate on their behalf. His easy-going and straightforward style puts everyone at ease, and has allowed him considerable success over the years. In his spare time, Chan enjoys traveling and all sports, and has been a volunteer coach for many years. Chan is married to Marilyn Lyell, and they have two sons.
